We originally contacted Space Constructions because of a recommendation from one of their trade suppliers. After an initial meeting with Bob, we moved to more in-depth discussions with him and Andy. We realized that both of them were straight talkers and knew their stuff. This gave us confidence that any project they took on would be handled with care and professionalism.

We then decided to choose Space to build our contemporary home in Paddington. It is on a difficult site and has some features that are not straight-forward. Throughout the build process, they kept us informed of any issues that naturally come up with any project. All of these were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We also found that both Andy and Bob are real people who will always call you back or answer an email.

As a result, we have a home that was built on time and within budget. We love our place and are proud to show our friends what Space can do. The team at Space, including their subcontractors and tradesmen are friendly people who not only do a fine job, but will take the time to talk with you along the way.
